This site is dedicated to credit cards. We have become a society that cannot function without credit cards, but we need to realize that not all credit cards are created equally, and this site will explain the different types of credit cards so that you can decide which one is right for you.
You have the business credit cards. I don't know why the lenders always feel like they need to sock it to business owners but they do. You do not really get any more benefit from having most business cards, with the possible exception of getting an end-of-year statement showing all your purchases. But that is something you can get from your regular credit card provider if you ask. But since they are popular, they need to be covered.
We will also spend some time talking about the affinity credit cards, also known as charity credit cards. For these types of credit cards, a percentage of every dollar charged to the card goes to help some type of charity or social services project, which is a good thing. While the rates may not be earth-shattering, the fact that some of the money goes to help these organizations makes the consideration of these credit cards worthwhile.
We will also dedicate a page to talking about the debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. While these can work just like normal credit cards, there are subtle differences that you need to be aware of before you go out and think they are just like a credit card, because they are not.
